In these Terms and Conditions, "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to the person accessing this website and accepting these Terms and Conditions. "Ourselves",  "We", "Us" and "Our Company" refers to Beautiful Nail Art Indulgece, Lo's Studio.

Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy.
We only collect information that we need to know from the client in order to complete the purchase process.

Confidentiality
Client information if collected, will never be divulged to any third party other than if legally required to do so when requested by the authorities.
We will not in any way share or sell your personal information to any third party. We will not use your e-mail addresses for unsolicited mails.

Payment
Cash payment is our only accepted payment method for our services.

Our Terms are FULL payment after full delivery of services.

Deposit payments when requested can be paid through the following payment methods; Paypal, Internet Banking or ATM transfers.

If you are making bank transfers from a different bank, we will require at least 3 days in advance for appointment bookings for the deposit to be displayed in our statements.

Cancellation
Booking cancellation is allowed at least 48 hours before the appointment day.
We reserve the right to levy a 50% charge on the deposit to cover any subsequent loss in business opportunity, the remaining will be refunded to you.

Booking cancellation within 24 hours to appointment day will have your FULL deposit forfeited and any subsequent appointment booking will require a new FULL deposit payment.

Refunds and Exchanges Policy
No refunds nor exchanges shall be entertained.

Risk and Warranty
We are not liable for any damages to the finished service after full payment has been received for our services.

Within 3 days after our services, we reserve the rights to perform restoration services to the nail art should the damage originate from the fault of our nail artist. Pictorial evidence will be requested and Our Company will seek Professional judgement from our nail artist to evaluate the damage.

If the damage is caused by the client whether intentionally or unintentionally, we reserves the right and will not be liable for any restoration services.

These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and Our Company. Your accessing of this website and undertaking of a purchase or Agreement indicates that you understand, agree to and accept the full Terms and Conditions contained herein.
